The exciting Johnny Cash Birthday Celebration keeps getting better and better! Be sure to get your tickets soon---they are available in advance and online only. The fun begins Feb. 28-March 2.  The number of tickets to the weekend event are extremely limited and when they’re gone, they’re gone! Don’t miss out: Get your tickets now:

In addition to John Carter Cash, Tommy Cash, Joanne Cash, Johnny Western, WS Holland, Dave Roe and others to be announced, legendary artist Melanie Safka ("Brand New Key,") has been added to the birthday celebration. She was one of the few to ever appear on the Johnny Cash TV show twice! Her first appearance was August 16, 1969. Melanie will be accompanied by her talented daughter, singer/songwriter Leilah Hayman. Melanie also wrote and recorded a song in tribute to Johnny titled “Working Legend.”

Lorrie Bennett, daughter of legendary Carter family member Anita Carter and a vocalist and songwriter in her own right has joined the musical lineup. Lorrie will bring classic Carter family tunes to enchant and entertain our guests.

Chance Martin, longtime friend and colleague of Cash’s will appear at the celebration as well. Chance (AKA Alamo Jones on Sirius XM Outlaw Country) was a guest at our last celebration and is a favorite among our attendees.

Called his “family historian,” by Johnny Cash, writer, author and lecturer Mark Stielper, has been added to the line-up of events at this year’s Celebration.  Museum founder Bill Miller said, “Mark Stielper has been a friend of mine and of the Cash family for decades.  He is the primary expert on all aspects of Johnny’s life and career and gives compelling, entertaining talks.  We’re excited that he will be joining us again this year.” Panelists during Stielper’s presentation will include Cash colleagues from his TV career as well as Melanie Safka, who was a guest on the Johnny Cash Show ABC series.
